Congress Language
Language of the congress is English and Turkish. Simultaneous English interpretation will be provided throughout the congress.
Invitation Letter
Please contact the association by e-mail address of kmtd@kmtd.org.tr for your invitation letter. This invitation letter does not undertake to cover any accommodation, travel or participation fee.
Certificate of Attendance
Congress and course participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
Badge
All attendees and accompanying persons are required to wear badges at the congress center, scientic meetings and social events during the congress. If the badge is lost, it is necessary to apply to the congress registration desk. At the entrance of the scientic session, the badge card will be checked through the barcode system.
Congress Registration Desk
The registration desk, which will perform congress registration, accommodation and information services within the congress center, will be open between 08:00 - 19:00 during the congress.
Exhibiton Area
Exhibit areas created by sponsor and participating companies will be open during the congress.
